It is a relatively short and easy hike going uphill from start to the end till we reached the Barafu Camp at around 4700 m of altitude.
We reached the campsite before noon, had lunch at 12 and went to sleep.
They woke us up at 17h00 to have dinner and try to sleep again because we had to wake up at midnight and start our ascent to Uhuru Peak.
I was very anxious and couldn't sleep but I stayed all the time in the tent counting the minutes ...
