Rutebeskrivelse
This is a pleasant run starting from Llanes, passing Poo and ending in Celorio, before running back. The part on the beach is highly recommended, but can only be done with low tide and involves a short, but easy rock climb arriving at the old monastery ruins.
There are other off-road variations from Llanes to Poo on trails, but I normally use the road to do warming up before the trail.
