Rutebeskrivelse
Loipe, loipe on the wall, tell me who is the flattest of them all... Well, probably Studens sections 1, 2, 3 and 4.
Studen is 48 min with the Car from Zurich and 45 min from Zug.
If you are training for any long flat nordic events this is probably a good track to put km after km.
The only section with slight ups and downs and sharper curves is section 5 (attached is link to their page http://www.studen-sz.ch/Loipe/index.htm). Section 5 is very pretty but it lies just under the wall of the Fluebrig massif so it is quite shadowy. Sections 1 and 2 get a lot of light if the day is clear.
The Nordic Center in Studen is very good, with ample parking, showers, lockers, restaurant, shop and ski waxing room (there might be some small fees to pay for the use of things but these are tiny).
Studen is very modular (i.e. you can do Loipes of varying distances) and probably very good place for beginners.
Tracks are prepared for both Skating and Classic. Do check on their website before going.

The 50km were done in 3h59min net time slow given first session of the season with classic skis.

Hola Miguel.
