Espectacular y exigente ruta que da la vuelta completa a la Sierra de Guara con un desnivel acumulado descomunal, siendo una clásica de la zona entre los ciclistas más experimentados. Físicamente es una ruta muy dura con cinco puertos y numerosas rampas, algunas de más del 12 %, que circula por carreteras solitarias y algo irregulares en las que hay que circular con precaución. Puede comenzarse en cualquier pueblo del recorrido, y por su dureza puede dividirse perfectamente en dos etapas pernoctando en un punto intermedio. Esta ruta se puede combinar con la Vuelta al Reino de los Mallos para dar lugar a una gran ruta de dos etapas (282 km y 4200 m de desnivel).
