Monday after work running session always gives me a boost for the rest of the week 🏃♂️💪
I have the luck that behind my house there is a little forest were I can go and do some trail running.
It is not that difficult, although the forestry work did ruin most of the single tracks. It's a pity...
I have filmed also during my run. And I created a short video from it, click on the external link, you won´t regret it :) If you were a gamer in the late 90's than it will bring you back some memories too.
